It was 3 tiers and well managed by company seniors. 1st was quick 30mins, and next 2 where more senior members were being involved to understand the candidates profile and their questions were challenging as well as to the point. They also made sure the candidates received as much as support to understand and have time to answer them. Also helped the candidate to easy the tension of the interview and created relaxed environment. They scheduled a week in advanced so given enough time to prepare.
