It's a joke.. They send a current consultant who is on the bench and has nothing better to do. The consultant obviously had very little experience if any interviewing candidates. She literally read questions from her laptop. She could barely see over the laptop, it created a barrier which hid body language, expressions, etc.. You then complete a case study (I quit responding to them long before this)

The process was pretty straight forward. Its three rounds of interviews and after each round they let you know within 48 hours if you made it to the next round. I only did two of the three rounds. I applied online via LinkedIn and was contacted by HR. I was asked to fill out the Employment Application which contained a Skills and Experience section that specifies certain skill sets and your level of experience with them. HR set up a meeting at a coffee shop which lasted about one hour. She explained to me more about Loft9 and wanted to get a sense from me if I would culturally fit in. The next day they set up a second interview with me. Before the interview I had to complete a written assignment which was pretty simple (it is based on your experience, they want to review your writing style). I met with a Director and he did a deep dive on my experience and skill sets. There were a lot of hypothetical questions on how you would respond to certain scenarios. The next day I got an email from HR stating they thought I was more at the Consultant level than senior and because of my salary requirements they would not be moving forward with me.
