Manager was very informal. Didn’t even turn on the camera, even though I had my camera on. She didn’t explain or anything. Kinda just chatted with you about random stuff. Took forever to hear back.

What an absolute disgrace and joke of a company. I applied for a role on their Federal team only to receive an email that I wasn't a match, are you kidding me someone with 10 plus years federal experience who specifically worked in Channel and FSI account management is not a match. Just say that you hired an internal and stop wasting peoples time or that the company really doesn't understand what it takes to sell to the Federal Government and you don't want to pay the salary or put in the actual resources to achieve that.
