Applied and got a call back two days later. An interview was scheduled with the general manager. The interview was at an empty table at the restaurant. The interview was standard.

Entrevista
They called and gave me a time and date to come in. I showed up and was told to take a seat and the manager would be right with me. He took a bit to get to me, but that was no big deal. We sat in a quiet booth in the restaurant and he asked me basic questions. Then he asked me what I would have changed at past jobs, and what I was hoping for going into this job. He also included fun questions like “If you had a superpower, what would it be?” He was very nice, I enjoyed the interview.

Entrevista
Interview was fairly easy. I was in and out quickly. Hiring process took less than a week. Got orientation set up same day as interview. I was treated like family before the manager came up to interview me.
