An online aptitude assessment followed by a few interviews remote interviews over Zoom with different employees from varying roles within the company. Carried over the space of just under two weeks.

Entrevista
I applied online and someone from the talent acquisition team got back to me and said that she was impressed with my CV and wanted to schedule a chat. I agreed and told her my availability that day, to which she responded saying she was quite busy, can i get back to her with times later in the week, which i did promptly after receiving her email. She then ignored the email for 3 days, so i followed up with new dates and times. About two hours after sending this email, i received an automated email saying that i was unsuccessful. I understand that they could have found a more suitable candidate in the meantime, but not giving me a chance, when i responded within 20 minutes of her first email is ridiculous. The courtesy of an email from her, instead of an automated email would have been nice.

Entrevista
1 month total from applying (and receiving an email response the same day) to decision. It went down in this order- Email requesting that I complete a cognitive/personality assessment -> 1 business day after I completed the assessment, I received an email requesting a call with the recruiter -> 2 business days later, I completed a 30 minute call with the recruiter -> During the phone call with the recruiter, we set up a verification call/two-way video using Zoom for the next business day in which the cognitive portion of the assessment was verified by the recruiter -> During that verification call, we set up a 30 minute call with the hiring manager for the next business day. The call with the hiring manager primarily entailed a high level overview of the position and the company as well as going over my professional history -> 3 business days later, I was invited on-site for an interview, and we scheduled it for 4 business days out. My on-site interview consisted of (4) 1:1 conversations with a sales enablement manager, the hiring manager (manager of professional services), and 2 project managers. -> I received the decision via a phone call 8 business days later. I was provided a brief reason why I was not selected for the position.
