For my role, I had a phone interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. I then had to complete a cognitive aptitude assessment before a final round of interviews with three other managers. I then had a touch base with the hiring manager the following day, which is something I've not seen before. The experience overall was very welcoming and easy to navigate.
