Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Logically (Dublin, OH).
Entrevista
Typical screening call, then interviews with stakeholders. I was really interested until they told me that I was 1 of 5 candidates who were asked to create a 90-day content plan for a fake cyber solution that was due the next day, which was on Good Friday this year. This is labor-intensive for a 20% chance of landing the job, so I declined to continue in the process and wished them well. If I had done a 90-day plan that had defined personas, outlined key messages, included a sample of sales enablement content, identified distribution channels and more, in addition to a video presentation pitching the plan as requested, then that "sample" likely could be edited and actually used once the editor determined budget and added internal knowledge. I think the ask was way beyond a skills assessment.

The first round will be a HR interview. The second round will be a technical interview. The third round will be a meeting with Management. They asked about work history, education, and about experience with security tools such as SIEM solution(Splunk/SumoLogic), cloud and network IDS solutions, SOAR platforms. They introduced their platform, SentryXDR, and the organization of their SOC team. There is a lot of information about this on their website as well as their core values.

People were nice -- not overly friendly, but cordial. My only complaint is when an applicant spends time learning about your company and preparing for an interview you could at least send notice that the role has been filled. There was zero acknowledgement. I will remember how I was treated if I ever need a vendor in your space.
