First I have to fill a personality test. After I had to do an employee controller application as a homework. After I did it on time, with documentation I won't get any answer for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I decided to call them, ask some information about my homework's result. And I got answer that they totally forgotten about my application. That was very pathetic for me. How a company like this let themselves to act like this? After this phonecall they promised me to check my solution in time. After three days I got an e-mail about result of my solution. The solution was successfull, so they promised they will continue the interview process. A week has passed since then and they still haven't looked for me. I think this case represents well the company's attitude.
