4 interviews, all by phone/skype (since I was moving cross country) scaling from team-leader to department head and then to the company Vice President. Halfway through, I was referred to a different team since it appeared that I was over qualified for the initial job for which I applied.

The process was friendly and professional, but took more than three months. I applied in November of 2013 and was offered a job the following January.
