I had an in-person interview with the Store Manager who was running two locations. The interview was positive and informative. My second interview was with some kind of Operations Manager who was new to his role. He admitted he did not know much about the job I was applying for. We did have a nice discussion. A couple weeks later I had a phone interview with the District Manager. The way I look at it is if I don't stumble during the interview, it went well. I have been an interviewer myself for more than two decades. In any case, I never heard back from these people. A more professional and responsible company (which they claim to be) would have informed me of their decision either way.
