One of the craziest interview processes I have ever been involved in:
Round 1) CV, cover letter AND a video application
Round 2) Interview with HR
Round 3) Presentation over zoom (an hour)
Round 4) Presentation in person (over an hour)
Round 5) Aptitude test for English / maths
Round 6) Final interview
Absolutely laughable to need to prove your quality of English in a fifth round after you've spoken over 3 hours with LFA staff and presented to them twice. I dropped out at that stage. Just not worth it for a 30k role.
