It was really easy and quick. I applied and got an interview with the manager 1 week later. After I met with the manager, I had a second interview with the owner. Once that was done we proceeded with making my schedule. The whole process took 2 weeks.

Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.

Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
