The hiring and interview process were relatively painless. Lead staff was helpful in the beginning processes of hiring and interviewing. The company was beginning a new location and they refused to hire just anyone so they were relatively understaffed in the beginning stages. The hiring process included training that required you to know the menu. This included sampling menu items and practicing explaining each of the entres to other staff. Overall, a high paced, high energy place of employment.

Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.

Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
