I applied in the middle of November and they finally emailed me to come in for an interview 2-3 weeks later. I went in and the questions were pretty standard. Why do you want to work here? Name a time you provided excellent customer service. What do you like bout restaurant work industry? I said that I liked food and she thought I was funny so she went and for another manager and I had my second interview and she asked pretty much all the same questions and what I need really got me hired is that when she asked what my work environment that I expected was like and I said that I would expect the managers to let me know when I'm doing something wrong and she said she found that interesting because not many people say that. I was hired on the spot. I usually prepare for interviews but this one was last minute so I had no time to research or anything. I was not at all rejecting the questions I was asked. Just be yourself and they will love you!

The first interview was very short and quick. One of the managers asked questions about my restaurant experience and experience handling stressful situations and guests. The next interview was with the front of house manager and just went over availability and some other questions.
