I was emailed to meet in-house and had interviewed first with the franchise operator and then received a second interview with another manager. They asked the usual questions and even ordered some food to talk over. It was obvious they were trying to put on a friendly front.

We sat at one of the tables and she asked me general questions about myself & why I wanted the job. We chatted for about 30 mins and she went to her office & returned within 5 minutes to offer me the job.
