Three short and easy interviews with three different managers. I just went in, asked the server assistant/host for the manager, waited a couple minutes, had one interview and was told to come back. Went back and had the remaining two interviews. All of the questions from the interviews were basic and repetitive. Just let them know why you love Longhorn Steakhouse and why you want to work there. The first interview was very short and quick. One of the managers asked questions about my restaurant experience and experience handling stressful situations and guests. The next interview was with the front of house manager and just went over availability and some other questions.

You first schedule a time to come in they normally will call you to schedule a time, then you come in for the interview, have said interview, then normally get a call later that day or the next saying whether you got the job.

Entrevista
I submitted an application online and scheduled an interview via text service. I went in for three total rounds of interviews. It should have only been two, but there was a management mix up at my second interview and I had to come in to be interviewed by a third manager.
