Quick 10 minute interview, just give scenarios and ask what you would do. Usually done with front of house manager or GM. Will normally ask you your availability and what type of shifts you want to work, also if you are open to bussing or food running. Say NO to those or they will just have you do that

Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
