Applied online at the end of June. I was contacted by HR/Office Manager to schedule an interview at the end of July with owner and lab manager. No interview questions were asked during the phone call, just scheduling. Scheduled the onsite interview for the middle of August. Once onsite for the interview with the owner and lab manager, I wasn't really asked too many typical interview questions. I just spoke about my background and we discussed the research that was being performed at the company.
