Was contacted by the Customer Success Lead at Looka for an initial phone call to set up the first interview which was with herself and one of the existing CSM's. If you pass this stage you are then set up with an interview with the Founders of the company to see how you fit with the team! Overall a smooth flow with a very unintimidating atmosphere.

They were very quick to respond. I scheduled a phone chat with the recruiting director and it was a very positive experience. I then moved forward to meet with her 1:1 at the company and the questions were fairly casual and general. Nothing too specific.

Entrevista
I was recommended by a friend, so my interview process may differ from others. However, it was fairly standard. I initially had about an hour chat with the CEO and CTO about the product, my past employment, and what I see myself doing. After that I did a take home project (though I had the option to simply send some github code samples)
After that I had a talk with the CTO at a coffee shop about what they would see me doing at the company.
