Found job online. Submitted application. Got a call within 2 weeks to come in for interview. A week later they called to have me go take a drug test and a physical strength test. After turning those in I started work the following week.

takes about 2 weeks for the whole process they drug test you and also give you a physical exam after that they do background test and call you for orientation

The interview was simple and you felt relaxed... you were asked a few scenario type questions and then allowed to ask questions of your own.
They only told you however of all you'd need to do and the pressure of the job but nothing about compensation was mentioned.
