Seemed nice, but they ghosted me. I met with both founders. The wife was a bit pointed in her remarks and really questioned my credentials, which I thought was a bit abnormal, but I tried to put that aside because they did seem nice. That is until they ghosted me after. I understand that ghosting can be part of the interview process, but from everything I had heard about Looney from a reputation standpoint, I thought they would be better than this and carry themselves with a bit more professionalism. It's not like I didn't take the interview seriously either. I was prepared, engaged, and had plenty of questions for them. It seemed from the outside like a good company, but I wanted to post this as a warning to anyone who interviews in the future and also in the hope that they give future candidates the courtesy of a response if they won't be moving forward with them.
