TLDR: stay away, don't waste your time and energy here! totally waste of time. spoken with quite a few people, the chief of staff, the CEO, the engineering manager, a few tech leads, head of engineering. Each asked questions from a different perspective. some were behavioural, some were technical. spent 6 hours with them, went to their office onsite. no response, no feedback, no rejection, no nothing despite that I was told I would get feedback in a few days.
