O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela LoopNet (San Francisco, CA) em jan. de 2011
Entrevista
First I had a telephone interview. Then that same day I was instructed to leave a voice mail saying why I am the perfect candidate. I came in for a meet and greet with about 15 others. We did a small presentation to one of the territory sales managers, we had an interview with another territory manager and we had another activity with Sam East the national sales manager.
After that day, they called me back to come in for a final interview. I spoke with 6 people on the second day. I got the sense they they really wanted to know who I was and they wanted to know if I was up to making 80 phone calls a day. The questions were basic and sales related. They pretty much all asked me the same questions-- Who are you and why do you want to work here? Also, why should we hire you? They were all very nice and I was not uncomfortable or nervous at all. Although, I felt like I was speaking to a lot of people, it was all quite casual and low pressure. They addressed my concerns as well. I was frank and said I was looking for a company that invest in its employees in both training and internal promotions. They promised an excellent training program and assured that they promote from within.
They offered me the position the same day and I accepted it. I actually turned down another job with a higher salary because I like the atmosphere and size of the company more. It is young and vibrant but they still mean business.

It is a long process and I'm unsure if it is the same process after the current merger. From my experience, I had a phone interview with the human resource manager. I then had to leave a "sale pitch" voicemail stating why I should get the job. After I "passed" the test, I had a phone interview with one of the head sales manager. I then had a long day filled with back to back interviews with two of the three head managers in-charge of the sales team as well as 6 regional managers (2 at a time).

One of the regional managers that I interviewed with made me sell her the pencil she was holding. That was definitely unexpected. Fun, but unexpected.

There was a recruiting event. It was a group interviewing process for 10 qualified candidates without experience. We had to do an interview and an impromptu sales pitch. Then there was a second round of more intense interviews.
