I recently went through the interview process for a Customer Success Manager role at Loopio. While the process and steps are clearly outlined on their how we hire page, the team truly went above and beyond at every stage!
My experience was exceptional. I especially appreciated having about an hour for some of the interviews, it gave the leadership team a chance to get to know me, while also allowing me to better understand their leadership styles and see if there is a mutual fit!
Throughout the process, the team was respectful of my time, moved quickly, and was transparent about what would set me up for success at the company.
What excites me the most about Loopio is their clear focus on innovation within the CSM role. I’m really looking forward to learning and growing with the team!

Entrevista
They have a delay in matching with the right ML team and schedule interviews. Company culture seemed pretty good while talking to various employees, benefits are good as well.
1 HR round, 1 Hiring Manager, 1 coding round and 1 system design round
My experience was pretty unprofessional. They didn’t turn on their video but expected me to keep mine on. The interview was quite abrupt and passive aggressive. I should have trusted the other Glassdoor reviews and cancelled.
