no real interview i was a temp for 7 months.The supervisor ask if I would like to work for the company.I said I would be interested he told me if my attendance was good and the man that I was replacing did not come back that they would make me an offer.I took a urine test and the did a background check.I then was put on a 90 day trial and if I did not miss more than 1.5 days in that time I would be hired.
