It was an "on the spot" hiring process. There were two interviews with a two person panel for each one. They asked mostly personality questions and proficiency in Microsoft office.

The interview was very straight forward. Questions were pre-determined by the interview panel and the same questions are used for all candidates. There were almost no follow up questions asked.
