I think it was pretty standard. It was a panel of interviewers and I answered a serious of questions. There was question based on personal experiences. Questions based on in class scenarios and such,

Based on scenarios in the classroom and classroom management
First, submit application. Then you have 3 interviews — district interview, phone call with principal, and lastly the video conference panel. The more higher up you go the more they ask personal questions and teacher skills questions
It was a good day for the interview. I was very pleased with the outcome. The interviewer said that they were pleased with the performance. I can see why they were impressed.
