Psychometric test based on memory (10 mins allowed to memorise) plus difficult questions with twelve minutes allowed for the test. Discrete feedback for candidate privacy. Whole thing was well managed.

The interview consisted of an individual presentation in front of a group together with other applicants, after which they could also ask questions to you about it. This was then followed by a one-to-one session with the assessors.
