Coding: Problem-solving with an emphasis on algorithms, data structures, and code optimization. System Design: Assessment of the candidate's ability to design scalable and efficient systems, showcasing architectural understanding and practical design patterns. 3. Technical Round 2 Focus: Another round combining coding and system design. Coding: Advanced challenges focusing on real-world applications and performance considerations. System Design: In-depth discussion on designing complex systems, with attention to scalability, reliability, and maintainability. 4. Leadership Round System Design: High-level design evaluation, testing strategic and architectural thinking. Leadership and HR: Discussion around leadership qualities, cultural fit, communication skills, and alignment with the company’s vision.

The recruiter was very proactive in setting up interviews and providing feedback. Overall had a mix of system design, previous work discussion and problem solving rounds, 4 in total. All the interviewers were friendly and I had good/challenging discussions with everybody.
