I completed several rounds of interviews, including with C-level leadership. Each conversation lasted anywhere between 30-90minutes. Towards the end of the process leadership was coaching on how to approach the CEO. The process ended with minimal communication and lack of transparency

Entrevista
I completed a phone screen with an executive assistant. It lasted about 20 minutes and mostly consisted of rapid-fire knockout-type questions, just to ensure that our expectations aligned. I never heard from them again. No rejection, no communication regarding a change in hiring plans, etc.
