The interview process was long (over two months), drawn out and exhausting. Communication on Love Advertising's end was completely unprofessional, as were the interview questions. The process was a waste of time, and we never once talked about the actual job in the second interview until I asked a question about the role at the end. Love Advertising kept "advertising" their fun work culture in the interview process, and the whole way the process was handled made me feel not valued. Worst and most unprofessional interview process I have ever had.
