Casual Pre-screen with an HR rep with verification and experience questions. Next steps were an interview with the director of the department. Had a second interview with the director, but HR did not update me that this position changed from temp to permanent, and the Director was the one who shared this info and was clearly frustrated and uncomfortable that they were the ones now updating me with this new info and asking income requirement questions. HR was slow to communicate with me again when I emailed asking for clarification on this change in the role, and only replied to tell me they were passing me on as a candidate.

1. Zoom Screening with HR (15-20 mins) 2. Brief interview with Team Lead (20 mins) 3. Operational and more detailed interview with the Team Lead OF NOTE: Halfway through the interview process, the company changed the role from temporary to full-time. I was not notified by HR, and in my 3rd interview with the head of the team, this new news was shared with me and left me appearing unprepared. My interviewer was surprised I was not notified by HR, asked if this info would change my salary requirements, and asked me for an estimate on the spot. Following this, the original contact in HR was uncommunicative until a rejection email was sent
