Entrevista
Starts with phone screen. If that goes well you are called in for formal interviews. First is with a small panel (usually 2 or 3) interview. Final interview is one on one with the hiring manager. the questions for the two interviews are virtually the same. They are largely scenario based questions. Each are graded by each interviewer. The call back may take a week or so. This process has improved greatly recently with a revamp of the interview system. I was an internal candidate and thought the new process was far better than the first. I interviewed as an internal candidate and my process was exactly the same as an external.

I spoke with a recruiter and they were clearly looking to fill the open position more than finding a good fit. The title was a mislabel and the job description they had did not match the recruiter's description at all.

Entrevista
Submitted application on company website after link from Indeed. Contact after one month, phone screen after one week, on-site after one more week. Interview was great. Heard from the hiring manager that we'll be in touch soon. I was told that I was the only external candidate being considered. After 2 weeks I reached out to the recruiter and was told that he would find out the timeline that day. After another week I reached out twice, left a voicemail with no response from then on. Four MONTHS later I received an email stating that the position was no longer available.
