Interviewed by other district managers than your own helped to keep the process away from favoritism and selected based off of your potential and overall abilities. You had to be willing to relocate at a minimum of region no matter where the store was. During the initial interview questionairre informed of having to apply for any openings within the region.

We spoke for a while and was asked basic questions, overall the questions were very fair and related to the job. It was an overall easy experience. I had no issues.

Pretty straighforward behavioral interview process. Starts with a screening, then interview with DM. Next round with Regional VP and HR, if passed then on to Divisional and HR. They moved very fast.
