Standard one on one interview, drug testing, and background check for a retail job. Walked in, answered the questions in about thirty minutes, and got an offer the next day.

Interview questions mostly related to previous customer service experience (Can you recall a time where you were faced with a angry customer and what did you do to resolve the situation?). Drug and background test of course afterwards. If they call you for a second interview you basically have the job.
