Started with a phone interview resulting in a store site visit where I was asked to take a skills and leadership assessment. Did well on the assessments and moved on to the next and final stage which was an interview with the Regional HR Manager. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and seemed to love the company which fueled my interest in the position. The final interview was behavior-based with the Regional HR Manager reading the questions from a sheet of paper. Good for consistency in evaluating candidates but can, (and should) be delivered in a more professional, personable manner.
