With one HR manager, he was very interested in what I had to say but got no feedback what so ever. I continued to .followed up and then he was gone. With another, I was one of a few being considered for a position...very professional and upbeat HR person. I had to keep walking in the store and following up. I had a one on one interview and the HR manager was extremely impressed. I was one a few selected for consideration, however, no decision was made and the HR person moved out of the position. Turns out I was told I was overqualified.
