I applied online. About a month later I was contacted for an on-campus interview. The interview was straightforward. The majority of the questions were basic interview questions. Tell me a time you had to overcome a bad team member or a time you had to overcome adversity. The interviewers seemed to enjoy talking about the direction Lowe's was moving in. Going to an onsite second interview in a week. The process is going to consist of a structured interview, a tour, and a case study.

Pretty straightfoward but thorough. Went through your resume and background. Discussed the logistics of the job. Interviewer was pretty direct and gave an update on what the hiring process looked like.
