I applied on Linkedin. Then I got an automated email with a link to an exercise I need to complete at home. I applied for a QA position. I received a test for some general junior developer position. There were theory questions about QA (mainly istqb base lvl), there there were 2 programming tests (javascript and SQL). Then there were a python what does the code write out on the console.... It was so impersonal and boring and at this point I have not even spoken to an HR person.
