Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Loylogic (Pune) em mar. de 2025
Entrevista
I recently had the opportunity to interview with LoyLogic and appeared for the first round with a senior management person. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The interview felt more like a one-sided discussion, heavily influenced by assumptions, perceptions, and the interviewer’s personal methodology rather than an objective evaluation of skills and experience.
There was little to no opportunity to express my thoughts or be heard, and it seemed like there was a lack of empathy or effort to understand the candidate’s perspective. While selection or rejection is a natural part of the hiring process, the way an interview is conducted speaks volumes about a company’s culture and inclusivity.
I sincerely hope the company improves its interview process in the future, ensuring that every candidate is given a fair chance to present themselves and is evaluated with an open mind before conclusions are drawn.

At first I was told, 1 test, 1 Technical, 1 Director Round and then HR round. But, once I cleared 1 Technical, out of no where the process became 1 more technical which was 2nd technical interview and after that 1 round with delivery manager and then HR. All this was virtual.

1 technical test(HackerEarth) - Pretty easy as only 1 coding problem is there 1st Technical round (Virtual Video Call)- Covered almost all important topics in Java, Springboot, Microservices, Database, Few tools and REST API performance related questions . 2nd Technical round(which was not part of the process defined earlier but came in after 1st Technical Interview) it was Virtual Video Call as well - The interviewer thought be in his own world. He asked subjective questions but expected only 1 answer. Almost all the questions asked by him were on the implementations done by him or seen by him in his projects and he expected I should know them. Not interested in knowing what I implemented and has experience on. Ran out of scheduled time and just dragging the interview even though he made up his mind in first 20mins not to select me. I am not writing this negative review because I was rejected, but to make people reading this be prepared for what would come your way if you are ever going to get interviewed at LoyLogic. Also, HR would call you only when they want to speak with your. Your calls would not be entertained.
Security in Microservices, Inter service communication, Exception handling in inter service communication, Database modelling, Kafka related error handling questions, Different timeouts in REST API calls.
