There were two in-person interviews, with different people each time. The first interview was with the lawyers who would be the immediate supervisors of the position, whereas the second second interview was with partners. There's a thirty word minimum to this response.

The interview process was very quick and efficient. Their human resources department is on top of it, very organized, and very friendly. By far the best interview process I had experienced during my job hunt.

Applied on Linkedin, then had an interview with the HR manager. Then was asked to go onwards to the 2nd phase of interviews with the managing partners. HR manager also requires that you submit a writing sample for them to review.

Very professional and efficient. You do an initial screener with their talent acquisition person and then meet with the team you’d be working with. Everyone was very friendly and the interview was more casual.
