I applied and got a call back within 2 days for an interview. You sit down with the Field Training Manager to talk, it is very laid back and just get to know each other. The nice part is that there is no experience required because they conduct their own in-house training. After the interview you get a tour and meet the other employees then I asked right there if I had a position to which he promptly answered yes.
