The interview process was via a number of video interviews. Unlike other companies where I have had to speak online, this process was managed exceptionally well. They have a member of staff who is responsible for the hiring process, and communication was regular, professional, and timely.

Entrevista
It was a very positive and engaging experience from the start. After applying, I received an email detailing the recruitment process, with a link to book a call for the first stage. It was a quick call with HR, very casual but professional and friendly. I was then invited to their head office for an in-person interview, which was more formal than the first stage but still conversational and more of a chat about my experience than a formal interview. The interviewers were very supportive and made me feel at ease, offering me refreshments and giving me a tour of their office.

Entrevista
The initial part of the process was very positive, efficient and engaging. However, the second stage was extremely disappointing. The interview was awkward and delayed, and there was no further communication after. This feels very disrespectful. While I understand I might not be offered the role, I expect some acknowledgement or feedback. For such a crucial final stage, this experience is unacceptable.
