Long interview process. I initially applied for Junior Versatile VA and after a month, they reached out to me offering an internship OR Recruiter/Versatile VA position. Told them I want to be interviewed for Versatile VA position, but they replied saying "thank you for considering the internship position..." Wanting to clear some confusion and telling them I want the job, I immediately asked a couple of questions, but they told me to "ask the questions during the interview" which is moved a couple of times. While this is happening, I received another email from them saying "thank you for thank you for considering the internship position..." again. I guess there are no proper internal communication? I want the job and not the internship, but during the call, they still told me that I'm required to go through the 3-month internship before moving on to a regular position if someone high up liked my work. I wouldn't want to work for free. This could initially be an email to save a lot of time but no, they still want to talk to you to offer an internship.
