Very unprofessional recruiters. They are only good in posting stuffs on LinkedIn but in reality, bunch of inexperienced remote recruiters who has no clue and without automotive background. If you are not from specific OEM brand forget about getting in, even if you have right experience in Tiered supplier. They will ghost you for weeks. No wonder this company is on consistent decline as they don't respect talent and just focus on making contents for social media.
