I had two phone interviews with hiring manager and another person. Then I invited for one day on site interview with 8-10 persons, mostly managers of other groups and engineering manager.

The actual person did not even come to the interview meeting. Someone else was sent to take interview. Also, the person who came was a bit rude about the situation and did event use the same meeting link that was sent

Entrevista
multi round telephone interview. First with HR then with current staffs, some technical questions and some screening ones. went through first 3 rounds but did not get the final round. Wish the interview process is more transparent
