Had an initial call with the recruiter about the basics of my current role and what the role at Lucid is going to be like. Then an interview with the hiring manager.

Main thing they were looking for was Java, Javascript and Apex. Less of admin stuff.

Very messy, amster the initial interview with HR there was a gap of more than a month of no return call. Once the second internview was done an very simple assignment had to be made. In the following internew this was discussed with adfterwards a new interview with someone else in the team from the US. This seemed for another position. nice random talk, but no way to move foreward.

Got a call for an interview. They were looking for more of developer kind of role with coding and javascript experience. Didn't match my background but if they're looking for a Salesforce Admin, then they shouldn't expect a lot of coding experience.
