Simple and smooth process from beginning to end. Was not expecting that at all however I thought everyone was very professional throughout the process. I do not know how it is at Tesla however here at Lucent it was smooth.

Simple screening. 30 mins. Simple questions. Generic engineering technical questions from an HR guy so little weird.
Meeting with team. 2 groups of 2. Hour each.
Meeting with hiring manager. 30 mins

Recruiter to offer in a month. 4 separate interviews. Just a long process with many people to convince. I basically had an interview a week with Lucid and panel was about 2.5 hrs long. My overall experience was very positive and the recruiter i worked with was excellent. Never experienced such a streamlined hiring process.

The recruiter never got back after multiple emails. The recruited round laster for 15-20 mins and was told I would hear back but no reply. I was given an interview guide which is what I followed through the recruiter round
