Entrevista
Recruiter phone call, followed by 1 hr. technical screening with a mix of background discussion, 1 coding, and multiple ML questions. I was not prepared for this mix and did terrible I knew I messed up right on question 1. I went in hurry due to all the layoffs and was totally unprepared. All the questions were basic, except a leetcode medium (which I had solved in my grad-time job hunt and was not able to recall after 4 years in industry). Rest ML questions were standard interview questions on the topics from my resume. Overall, I found the interview easy, and under different circumstances, I'd have aced it easily. But after the interview I knew that I didn't deserve next round, so all good.

First phone screen was a general interview with 1 leetcode easy and some ML basics.
The onsite interview was 4 rounds with 4 data scientists with a mix of general data science stuff and leetcode questions. Both the hiring manager and 1 of the interviewers were extremely unprofessional. The remaining 2 were fine.
HM asked me not to use GPT/Google search when both my hands were visible in the Zoom video. 1 interviewer was having breakfast while interviewing.

I had one interview with a member of the data scientist team after an initial screening. The HR person in the screening called 30 minutes late and was totally unprepared. After 30 minutes on the phone he finally found the questions he was supposed to ask. I then got invited to an online interview with a live coding task. The scientist was rude, unprepared, and beyond disrespectful. While we talked, he obviously was doing other things, using his keyboard. On multiple occasions, he needed me to repeat what I said. This was the most unprofessional interview I have had in my career and I am glad I am not working at this place. They should really work on some ethics when interviewing potential staff members.
