The process was extremely long. A phone call with one of their recruiters, an interview with who would be your manager, 3 separate interviews with different team members, all drawn out over a month and a half. The interviews themselves were pleasant enough, but the communication between was lacking. It shouldn't take more than a week to hear back about next steps or to get a reply to a question.
